TRACEY L. TAYLOR

Tracey Taylor is an associate whose practice concentrates on civil litigation as well as estate planning and administration.   She has extensive experience representing individuals and corporations in the defense of tort and breach of contract actions.

Representative examples of litigation that Ms. Taylor has handled recently include:   breach of contract actions, personal injury claims, will contests, guardianships, corporate dissolutions, eminent domain challenges and real estate partitions.

Ms. Taylor received a J.D. Degree from Boston College Law School in 1993 and is a 1987 graduate of Dartmouth College.   She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
