THOMAS P. CARPENTER
Mr. Carpenter is a Boston College alumnus who was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1999 following graduation from Northeastern University School of Law. He is a resident of Mashpee, has served on the Board of Directors of the Yarmouth Area Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Mid-Cape Professionals chapter of LeTip International; a business networking and referral group.
He is one of the youngest attorneys in Massachusetts history to settle a million dollar personal injury case. He also argued one of the most significant cases in Massachusetts jurisprudence over the past thirty five years before the Supreme Judicial Court; the highest Court in Massachusetts, and was named one of the state’s Up and Coming Lawyers for 2007 by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
Mr. Carpenter engages in a general practice with a focus on personal injury, civil litigation, estate planning, real estate conveyancing, and bankruptcy. He also focuses a substantial portion of his practice to successfully representing nursing homes in collection cases throughout Massachusetts.
