EDWARD J. SWEENEY, JR.

Mr. Sweeney is a graduate of Boston College and was admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts upon graduation in 1975 from Suffolk University School of Law.   Mr. Sweeney is a Marine Corp veteran.   Mr. Sweeney has served the Town of Yarmouth in the past as Vice Chairman of the Yarmouth Government Oversite Committee and as Chairman of the Yarmouth Economic Revitalization Committee.   In addition he is a member of Cape Cod Healthcare.   Mr. Sweeney's primary practice within the firm lies in the area of real estate conveyancing, commercial leasing, zoning, land use law, condominium law and Real Estate Brokerage.   Mr. Sweeney has experience before the Cape Cod Commission which is a country-wide land use regulatory planning agency.   Mr. Sweeney is a member of the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association and the American Land Title Association.
