CHARLES J. ARDITO

Mr. Ardito is a graduate of Boston University and New England School of Law.   After passing the Bar he was admitted to practice before the Federal and State Courts.   He is a former Special Assistant Attorney General and District Trial Court Judge.   Mr. Ardito is a veteran of the U.S. Army Infantry where he served in the Pacific Theater at the end of WW II.   While an experienced general practitioner, his current primary practice is in the field of real estate, estate planning, trusts, estates, and elder law.   He is a frequent counselor to elders through the many local Senior Centers.   In addition, Mr. Ardito is a former member of the American Arbitration Association and is a regularly scheduled Court Conciliator at Barnstable District Court.   Additionally he has extensive involvement as a member, officer and director of many professional, banking, business and charitable organizations.
